Jogging is one of the most popular forms of exercise as it needs no special instrument and we can do it anywhere and anytime. It is very beneficial for staying fit and healthy and the people of all ages are seen doing it. We can jog weekly four or five days or we can do more as it helps to improve our cardiovascular health and improve our body's ability to deliver oxygen to our muscle.
The more we jog, the more our hearts work better and reduce chances of heart attack. We should start jogging slowly and stay relaxed and comfortable. When we jog, we should stay hydrated, breath rhythmically, and move correctly. It is difficult to do jogging in winter morning; so if we want, we can do it in the afternoon time when the weather is comfortable. When we take a step towards health and fitness, we gradually start living a healthy life and get attracted with a healthy diet. Regular workout improves our energy level and boosts our stamina. Health is the most important wealth of a human being. Without it, we cannot enjoy anything in this world. We should teach our children that they can lead a happy and productive life.
